Stream a custom reiki playlist, get comfy, and rest while you receive a big dose of healing energy. In these online group healing sessions, I guide the group through a brief meditation + journaling session, then you get to rest and reset while I provide reiki.

1:1 Reiki + Healing Session

Leveraging over a decade of intuitive reading work, Reiki I and II trainings, and work with a breadth of mindfulness meditation teachers, I offer virtual healing sessions aimed at helping you reset, release, align, heal, and manifest your best life. Sessions include:

• Pre-session journaling prompts

• Guided meditation and breathwork

• A distance distance reiki session (expect music, relaxation, and deep energy healing)

• An oracle card reading with follow up notes on what I picked up on in your energy during the session
