In these online group healing sessions, I’ll guide you through a short meditation and reflective journaling practice before we move into extended rest. During that time, you simply relax while I offer distance reiki to the group. This is a space to soften, recalibrate, and allow your nervous system to reset.

1:1 Reiki + Healing Session (Virtual)

Drawing on over a decade of intuitive reading work, Reiki I and II training, and study with mindfulness and meditation teachers, I offer private virtual sessions designed to help you release, realign, and reconnect to your own inner clarity.

Each 60-minute session includes:

• Pre-session journaling prompts
• Guided meditation and breathwork
• Distance reiki (with sound healing music and time for deep rest)
• An oracle card reading
• Follow-up spirit chat + energy notes sharing what arose during your session
